1. Can you introduce yourself and the Active Life Company.com?
My name is Melissa Allen and my husband is Lonnie Allen. We are both outdoor athletes, mountain bikers, dirt bike riders, scuba divers, paddlers, among other sports. Together, we founded Active Life Company and launched it in 2019.
2. How was the Active Life Company.com born? How did you start?
The idea for Active Life Company was born when our puppy, Bodie, began licking the top of Lonnie's head. So much so that it made them take notice. This resulted in an appointment with a dermatologist, and what turned out to be Basal Cell Carcinoma. From that point, we knew it was no longer an option for Lonnie not to wear sunscreen.
